- NEW NISSAN SUNNY
Launch Date: Early 2018 Price: 7-9 lakh
The all-new Nissan Sunny will be based on the CMF-A platform; with Duster’s 1.5-litre petrol engine and CVT automatic gearbox. Competing against the new Hyundai Verna, the Sunny will sport an extended wheelbase, a sharp exterior, refreshing interior with unique colour tone; dual airbags, reverse parking camera and sensors.
- HYUNDAI EON FACELIFT
Launch Date: Early 2018 Price: 4-5 lakh
Locking horns with the Renault Kwid, the Eon Facelift will include design upgrades like restyled headlamps, revised tail-lamps, a new grille and new redesigned wheels, giving it a powerful and rugged look. It till also have a classier interior with a new colour theme and touchscreen infotainment system; will be powered by 0.8-litre and 1.0-litre petrol engine paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox with an AT.

Promising to bridge the gap between Eco mini and Grand i10, this will replace the Hyundai i10, losing its tall design for a crossover-ish suave look and sporty styling. The new-gen model is to be designed on an all-new platform ensured to appeal to the youth. Powered by 1.1-litre iRDE and 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engines paired with 5-speed manual gearbox and AMT and equipped with upmarket exterior and interior, this is expected to give a tough fight to the Kwid.
